Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GulfDoors.ae services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Access Control Systems
Kitchen Cabinets
Maintenance & Repairs
Service Terms & Conditions
Quotations & Estimates
All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date
Prices may vary based on site conditions and specifications
Final pricing confirmed after site inspection
Installation & Delivery
Installation schedules subject to material availability
Customer must provide safe and accessible work environment
Additional charges may apply for difficult access locations
Payment Terms
50% advance payment required to commence work
Balance payment due upon completion of installation
Payments accepted in AED via cash, bank transfer, or card
Late payment charges may apply after 30 days
All prices include VAT as per UAE regulations
Warranties & Guarantees
Product Warranty
Automatic Doors: 2 years
Glass Works: 1 year
Aluminium Works: 2 years
Security Systems: 1 year
Installation Warranty
Workmanship: 1 year
Free service calls during warranty
Excludes misuse or damage
Original invoice required
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate measurements and specifications
Ensure site accessibility and safety
Obtain necessary building permits if required
Protect installed products during construction
Follow maintenance guidelines provided
Limitations & Liability

Liability limited to the value of services provided
Not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Customer assumes risk for existing structural conditions
Insurance coverage recommended for high-value installations
Cancellation Policy
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Advance payments will be refunded minus 10% administrative fee.
After Production Starts
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Standard products may be cancelled subject to restocking fees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through the UAE court system or through arbitration as mutually agreed. The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) courts may have jurisdiction for commercial disputes.
